DESERTED FARM An old, uninhabited, abandoned place. No sign of present life, only ghosts of the past. I heard the voices, sentences pronounced by men and women, heard cries of animals. I heard music among those walls, sounds of destruction, sounds of oblivion. People built this place, people let it fade.
FROZEN It was cold, december day an I was walking across the snowy fields. You know that sound coming out from underneath your boots ? I stopped next to a small river, pulled out my camera and took some pictures of what the water turned into, when the cold wind ruled the land...
MICROBES The world around us - it is sort of a scale, you can look at and realize, that you seem to sit somewhere between two horizonless directions with a world of planets, stars and galaxies in one and the world of microscopic structures, microbes, cells and atoms in other direction. They can not exist without each other, moreover, both are built one from another. They are bound together in one universe.
AUTUMN WALKWAYS Material for this song came out from two sources. The first was a walk we took with family in a beautiful sunny, autumn day behind a nearby little village. I recorded everything into my pocket recorder. River, sounds of a crackling wood, turning wheels of my son´s coach... You can hear it there. The other source was also an autumn day, but this time it´s visual dimension. We were walking in the woods looking for mushrooms and all the beauty of mid-autumn bursted forth.
Where to find an inspiration ? My answer is - how to escape before it ? :-) The world around us in its diversity - I mean the Universe, planet we exist on, nature, our closest environment and also the world, we create ourselves - stimulate imagination so greatly, that there is no chance to ansorb and process everything, even if all we were full time artists :-). The question is - where to look to first ? There are no boundaries and I decided to start with that, which surrounds me directly - with things, places, situations quite common, but in spite of that fact hiding a beauty and flawlessness inside, or interesting connection with diverse character of human presence and behaviour, or just interesting shapes, colours, structures, sounds, which in different contexts of place, time and space obtain a surprising meaning.
